      • Standard Shipping: This option typically takes 3 to 10 days to arrive in the Asia area and 12 to 28 days for other international areas.
      • Express Shipping: Our express shipping option usually arrives within 3 to 7 days for Asia areas and 7 to 12 days for other global areas.

  1. Special Rate for Silicone Breast Latex Catsuits:

    • Please note that our silicone breast latex catsuits are larger and heavier than standard latex catsuits. As a result, the shipping rate for these products may be higher, depending on the actual size of the silicone breast and catsuit.

  1. Made-To-Measure Products:

    • Our Made-To-Measure products are meticulously handcrafted to meet your unique specifications. Due to the craftsmanship involved, there is a waiting period of approximately 7 to 20 business days. For current waitlist details, feel free to contact us at support@vvisage.com.

  1. Time Zone and Response Time:

    • Our working hours are based on Asian time (GMT+8). While we strive to provide prompt responses to your inquiries, please understand that there may be slight delays in our responses due to the time zone difference. However, rest assured that we aim to address your inquiries within 24 hours.

  1. Measurement Process:

    • After placing your order, you will receive a body measurement chart and an Excel sheet within 24 hours. Please use the provided measurement guide to accurately fill out the Excel sheet with your body measurements. This ensures that your order is customized to fit you perfectly.
